 Elena Barron PT - Founder 

My focus is to help people take their first steps into fitness and feel confident doing so. ​
I work with individuals who are new to exercise or returning after time away, guiding them with safe, supportive training and clear education around movement and nutrition and healthy life style choices.​
I also support clients in progressing past fitness plateaus and continuing to grow stronger and more confident. ​
Each program is individually tailored depending on the individual's fitness level, to help towards achieving every client’s goals.
 
I offer a holistic approach to training, focusing on all key aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
I believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. Through personalised exercise, simple nutrition guidance, and ongoing support, I help my clients build confidence, strength, and healthy habits they can maintain for life.

Whether you are completely new to fitness,  returning or wanting to progress it, you will always be welcomed into a supportive, patient, and judgement-free environment where you can feel comfortable, supported, and confident in taking the next steps towards becoming a healthier and stronger version of yourself.

Your Journey  with EBFITT

  • After the initial consultation and body assessments, we will agree on a structured plan based on your goals, availability, and the number of sessions booked.

  • From there, I will create your personalised program, and we will begin your fitness journey. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, ensuring you receive the guidance and support needed to either kickstart your fitness journey or build on your existing foundation.

  •  Client check-ins will take place several times throughout the week to provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability.

  • Progress reassessments are carried out every four weeks to monitor improvements and adjust the programme where needed.

  • Clients can choose between face-to-face training sessions and personalised training plans, or opt for an online personalised coaching package

My Story

EBFITT was born from my own journey of feeling constantly fatigued, run-down, and lacking confidence in my health and fitness.

 

Having a background in healthcare, I realised how important strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing are not only for how we feel now, but for maintaining our independence and quality of life as we age.

 

As I continued my own fitness journey and experienced the positive impact it had on my health, energy, and confidence, I decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer to further develop my knowledge and help support others on their own journeys.

 

Today, I work with people who are new to fitness or wanting to progress their fitness journey to the next level, helping them build strength, confidence, and healthier habits in a supportive and judgement-free environment. I believe fitness is about much more than appearance — it is about investing in your future self and creating a healthier, stronger lifestyle for the long term.
